Keep the required documents accessible and updated so you can provide them promptly when needed.

 

From Recruitment to Work Permit Processing

Once an applicant progresses through the recruitment process, IPAMS reviews the required documents based on the specific position and employer requirements. Where necessary, credentials may be checked for authenticity, accuracy, and consistency.

For applicants selected by an employer, the required documents are organized and prepared for submission according to the employer’s and destination country’s requirements. These documents may form part of the information required by the foreign employer for work permit or visa processing.

Requirements vary depending on the employer, position, and destination country. Applicants should follow the official instructions provided by IPAMS and promptly provide any additional or updated documents requested.
