Emirates plans to hire over 1,500 pilots as part of fleet growth and operational expansion.

In these periods, Emirates continues to recruit more cabin crew, and eventually the technical roles – Aircraft Technicians and GSE Mechanics. Previously, Emirates Group’s subsidiaries, Dubai Duty Free, recruited sales talent for the airport via IPAMS. Based on Reddit, Emirates hired over 3,700 employees in just six months in 2025, ongoing across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and other regions.  Meanwhile, IPAMS added a total of 2,909 and adding more. At present, Emirates continues to hire Aircraft Technicians (across all MRO fields), Workshop Technicians, Engine Overhaul Technicians, and eventually, this October 28-29, 2026, they will conduct Pilot Roadshows — a first event here in Manila.
